THE OLIVE MILL

The Olive Mill has two production lines, with a two-phase continuous spin and temperature always under 25 centigrade so that all organoleptic properties of the olive oil remain still, which are the required conditions for the "cold extraction" system.

As a result,we obtain extra virgin olive oil of the best quality within the BAJO ARAGON DENOMINACION DE ORIGEN (PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN).

THE FIELDS

The agricultural exploitation of the Gil Egerique family is made up of olive trees from different varieties and ages, combining the several centuries old "empeltre" olive trees with the super intensive new plantations of the "arbequina" and "tosca" varieties, being with the last the first producers in Spain.

THE COMPANY

GIL EGERIQUE S.L., with D. Jesús Zenón Gil Ferrer as General Manager, has devoted more tan 20 years to olive clasification and dressing together with the commercialization of different types of fruits, backed up the experience in the area of ancient generations.

The olives come from our own fields and from the acquisition to other farmers around the area.
