EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

We commercialise our EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL with two different brands:

- GIL EGERIQUE

Virgin Extra Olive Oil usually made 100% out of the empeltre variety which is original from the Bajo Aragón, sometimes with a little touch of arbequina flavour. Its colour is the empeltre special gold yellow. It has a clean appearance, a smooth fruity aroma with a slight touch of almonds and a sweet fruity flavour.

- TORREMAELLA

Is the brand assigned for the commercialization of the selected olive oil for the Denominación de Origen del Bajo Aragón (Protected Designation of Origin). The Torremaella olive oil es made of empeltre and arbequina oilves from the highest quality, specially picked and milled within the next five hours.

The Torremaella olive oil has a clean appearance and the empeltre classic gold yellow colour, with a slight green shade coming from the arbequina olives. It has a fresh medium-fruity aroma with a touch of almonds and green leaves. Its richness in vitamins A, D, E, F and K and its low sharpness makes it perfect for salad dressing, fish and meat cooking or frying, and it's also recommended for cholesterol regulation.

Torremaella tastes sweet and fruity and, as a result of the variety mixture, is a well-balanced oil which becomes the perfect choice for Mediterranean Cuisine.

 

 

GIL EGERIQUE OLIVES

GIL EGERIQUE OLIVES

The GIL EGERIQUE olives, with the varieties "Aragon" black and "Caspe" green are prepared following the artisan method: immersed in salty water with no preservatives or artificial colourings so as to maintain their delicious flavour.

Rich in vitamins, they are the essential accompaniment to a good meal: perfect for salads, pasta or as an appetizer.
